	Project Advisory Board

	The NGT Incubator is aided in the project selection procedure by a distinguished panel of Israeli business people who conduct a careful review of all projects, as well as providing direction and guidance to the entrepreneurs who submit their ideas for approval. The review process is based on the project business plan that serves as the basis for the board's recommendations to the incubator management regarding: Whether or not to adopt the project within the structure of the technological incubator Whether to invest the additional funds that are required in order to secure the government loan for the project The preferred ownership structure for the project company that will determine the shares held by the company founders, company employees, NGT and any additional investors in the project.
